What I love the most about Lauren is her big heart and her sense of humor. We are constantly bantering back and forth and acting silly just to make each other laugh. Lauren also loves to play games and read. I see endless games of Candyland in her future! Lauren is always singing songs around the house, and I know our child will quickly learn songs like ABC's and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star from listening to Mommy. As a nanny, Lauren has had a lot of experience with children, and I know she will know what to do when that first tooth pokes through! Whether she is playing hide and seek or reading a book at bedtime, I know Lauren will be the best Mommy!

Hello! We are Chris and Lauren Broyles from the cozy town of Elizabethtown, PA. We appreciate you taking the time to learn about us, and how much we are looking forward to raising a child in our warm and loving home. About Us
We met, fell in love and got married all in the span of less than a year! We knew right away that we were meant to be, and eight years later, we still have a marriage full of laughter, trust and mutual respect for each other. Early in our relationship we knew we were eager to build a family. Though we have different backgrounds and interests, we make that work for us by combining the best of both worlds. Chris grew up on a farm, and has a love for the outdoors. Lauren prefers theater and libraries, but we have embraced our differences and learned from each other. We look forward to sharing our varied interests with our child. Whether roasting marshmallows on the camp fire or enjoying a Broadway musical, our child will be comfortable anywhere!
Our Jobs
Chris is a very hardworking man, and takes his responsibilities of caring for our family very seriously. He works as an HVAC mechanic, letting him be outside and work with his hands which he enjoys. He goes to work early in the morning, which will be great because he will be home to help with homework and for family dinnertime! We can't wait to snuggle up as a family at bedtime and read “Goodnight Moon” before ending the day with a lullaby. Lauren will be a stay at home mom, which is the best job she can think of! In preparation for that, Lauren has been a nanny for over 10 years which is wonderfully rewarding. Having helped raise 5 kids over the years has prepared her for the ups and downs of motherhood better than any other job could have!

Chris, according to Lauren
I feel so lucky to have Chris as my husband. He is gentle and kind, and always making me laugh. As a young man he worked his way through the Boy Scouts to Eagle Scout, and has taken those values he learned in his youth to heart. I look forward to watching Daddy and Kiddo teaming up to build a birdhouse or splashing around in a lake! He loves doing little things with kids, like hide and seek or playing his guitar and singing silly songs for them. I can imagine our child clapping along while Daddy sings! Kids especially love learning from Chris because he has a patient way of teaching. He gets down to their level and speaks gently to them. When it comes time to learn how to tie shoes, I know who our child will run to for help! I can't wait to see him as a Dad!
