Fun Time
Activities:
We love the great outdoors. From the Sierras to the local beaches and forests, we are close to all kinds of fun places to go. We go biking and hiking and exploring on the weekends. Sometimes we go to Lake Tahoe where we can ski and go snowboarding.
Travels:
Each year we choose a few special places to visit like France, to stay with Edwige's family, or Southern California, to spend time with Greg's family. Greg's family has the added advantage of being just a hop skip and a jump away from Disneyland!
Family:
We love spending time with our families and they can't wait to welcome another little bundle of love. We are fortunate to have a loving extended family including cousins for lots of kids fun!
Hobbies:
We also enjoy spending family time at home. We cook together, work on our home, plant vegetables and flowers in the garden, do arts and crafts, and make music. We're both learning the piano and consider music an important part of our daily lives.
Hometown:
We live in Fallbrook, California. It's a small, family oriented community about 50 miles from San Diego and 13 miles inland from Oceanside. Our home is in a safe beautilful area with amazing mountain views.
Interests:
The Beach - The ocean is only twenty minutes away so we are able to go there frequently. We have so much fun at the beach-Greg even surfs. We can't wait to introduce our second child to the wonders of seashells and sand castles.
About Us
We met through friends 16 years ago in Santa Cruz, California. Edwige was taking care of two young children as an au pair visiting from France to improve her English. After a year as an au pair, Edwige returned to her family in France, but she and Greg had fallen in love. Greg followed her back to France and proposed a year later. We have been happily married ever since. Our relationship is based on trust and love. We truly enjoy each others company and laugh a lot.
We have always dreamed of loving and raising children together. In 2006 the dream of adopting a baby came true. Our son Loic was only a day old when he came home from the hospital with us. We hope to make that dream come true once more through open adoption.
About Loic
Our son Loic is the most outgoing and happy 5 year old around! He is curious, active, playful and affectionate. He loves reading, music and playing outside. He’s very aware and engaged with the people and the world around him. Loic will make a terrific big brother.
Our Work
Greg is a skilled carpenter and foreman who loves to travel in San Diego county going to various jobs. His flexible schedule allows for family dinners together every night.
For the first 10 years of our marriage, Edwige worked as a preschool teacher, enabling her to share her love with children every day. Edwige is now a stay at home mom so that she can spend every day taking care of Loic and making our home complete.

We listen to all kinds of music: rock 'n' roll, classical, reggae, blues, world music, pretty much everything
Favorite Holiday:
Christmas - because it gives us more time to spend with our family.

Having friends over for dinner. We love to cook and eat and talk and get to know our friends better.
