Birthparent Intake Counselor, Texas Branch
Cindy has a degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a counselor at IAC’s newest office in Texas. She enjoys talking to birthparents about open adoption and supporting them as they make the decision that is best for them. In her free time, Cindy enjoys hanging out with friends and family, reading a good book, and cheering for her beloved Florida State football team.

Katie Chavira
Birthparent Intake Counselor, Los Angeles Branch
Katie has worked as a Birthparent Intake Counselor for five years and is now the IAC's Birthparent Intake Supervisor. Katie enjoys her position at the IAC and calls it a "feel good job" to help birthparents and adoptive parents through their journeys. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services from California State University, Dominguez Hills and in her spare time loves spending time with her family and friends.

Jackie Siino
Birthparent Intake Counselor, San Francisco Bay Area Branch
Jackie has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She's been with the IAC for over 3 years and finds it very rewarding helping pregnant women considering adoption build relationships with prospective adoptive parents. Jackie loves to spend time with her husband Chris traveling, eating out and playing with their two dogs, Simba and Nala.

Kim Stewart
Birthparent Intake Counselor, Indianapolis Branch
Kim went to college at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV where she received her degree in Social Work. What she enjoys most about her job is breaking the news to a family waiting to adopt that a birthmother has chosen them to parent her child. When Kim is not working, she likes to read mystery novels, paint, and travel.
