She has a MAster's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. She has been working in adoptions for the past three years, two of them at the IAC. She feels fortunate to work with an agency that is so committed to providing services in the most open, honest, and healthy way. Hailey loves to spend time with her family including her husband, Tim, and their daughter Alina. Most Saturdays in the fall, they can be found watching college football.

Dr. Jennifer Bliss, LCSW, PsyD

Jennifer is the Los Angeles Branch Co-Director and the National Associate Counseling Director. She supervises the Open Adoption Counselors in California offices and provides ongoing training and support for counseling staff throughout the country. She graduated from USC with a B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Education. She also completed her Master's in Social Welfare at UCLA and earned her Doctorate in Psychology from Ryokan College. Through her work at the agency, she has seen how both adoptive parents and birthparents benefit enormously from the ongoing counseling provided to them during the adoption process. Dr. Bliss has worked at IAC for five years and continues to be overwhelmed at the selflessness, love, and courage she sees in every birthmother she meets.

Ashley Garrison, MSW/LSW
Open Adoption Counselor, Georgia Branch

Ashley received her Bachelors degree and Masters in Social Work at Widener University. She is originally from Philadelphia and her first social work job was in child welfare, where she worked for 4 years with children and families involved with the foster care system. She also worked for an adoption agency in Philadelphia for 2 years before coming to IAC, and truly believes in open adoptions. After working with so many families in the child welfare field, she know that openness is best for everyone involved. When not working, Ashley likes to go to the gym, travel, cook and simply spend time with family and friends.

Annie Larkin, MSW
Open Adoption Counselor, San Francisco Bay Area Branch

Annie attained a Master of Social Work degree at Smith College in Massachusetts. She learns everyday from the women she works with who have chosen adoption for their babies. She feels that helping birthmothers develop an open adoption plan allows them to grieve, heal and live knowing, not wondering, about their children. Annie is very active: she's a runner, a biker, and dog-lover who enjoys photography and weekend adventures.

Jennifer Lund, MSW

She has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Davis, and a Master's degree in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.
